Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear in oil or butter until golden, then set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then deglaze with chicken broth.
Add lemon juice, zest, and butter; whisk until melted. Stir in cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, then return chicken to the pan to reheat and coat with sauce.
Cook linguine until al dente, drain, then toss into the sauce with a splash of pasta water. Serve chicken over pasta, garnished with parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or fresh basil.
