Ingredients
  

Canned Goods

  • 2 can garbanzo beans rinsed and drained
  • 2 Tbsp fresh basil leaves chopped fine
  • 1 Tbsp fresh flat leaf parsley chopped fine
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice about
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt
  • 0.25 tsp granulated garlic or garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2-3 Tbsp Asiago or Parmesan cheese freshly shredded
  • a few turns cracked pepper freshly cracked pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prep all ingredients as specified.
  • Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until combined.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Enjoy within a few days, keep cold.
