Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then add eggs, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla.
Stir in flour and salt until just combined, then pour into the prepared pan.
Bake for 22–25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean, then cool completely.
Mix glaze ingredients until smooth and spread over cooled brownies.
Chill for 15 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For a stronger lemon flavor, increase the lemon zest and juice in the batter.
