Instructions
Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
Marinate the sliced beef in the mixture for at least 15 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the beef until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
Add sliced onion, julienned carrot, and chopped green onions; cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve the beef mixture over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the beef longer or add a splash of Korean chili paste.
