Instructions
Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Marinate beef for 30 minutes or overnight.
Mix mayonnaise, gochujang, and lime juice; chill until ready.
Sauté corn with butter and paprika until golden, about 5–7 minutes.
Sear marinated beef in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side until caramelized.
Assemble bowls with rice or noodles, topped with beef, corn, and sauce. Garnish with green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the beef overnight. Adjust spice levels to taste.
