almond flour or crushed pork rinds

shredded mozzarella cheese

grated parmesan cheese

low-carb marinara sauce

olive oil

cloves
garlic, minced

italian seasoning
fresh basil for garnish (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix ground beef, egg, almond flour, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
Sear meatballs in olive oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
Transfer meatballs to a baking dish, pour marinara sauce over, and sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and meatballs are cooked through.
Garnish with fresh basil and serve hot.

Pair with a light green salad or steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
