Keto Cubed Steak with Garlic Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  

Meat

  • 4 pieces cubed steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season steaks with salt and pepper, sear 3-4 mins per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • Add garlic to skillet, sauté 1 min. Pour in beef broth, scrape bits from bottom.
  • Stir in heavy cream and thyme, simmer 5-7 mins until thickened.
  • Return steaks to skillet, spoon sauce over, simmer 3-5 mins. Garnish with parsley.

Notes

This dish pairs well with low-carb vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete keto meal.
