heavy cream

beef broth

Instructions
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Season steaks with salt and pepper, sear 3-4 mins per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
Add garlic to skillet, sauté 1 min. Pour in beef broth, scrape bits from bottom.
Stir in heavy cream and thyme, simmer 5-7 mins until thickened.
Return steaks to skillet, spoon sauce over, simmer 3-5 mins. Garnish with parsley.
