Instructions
Pat steak cubes dry, then season with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until sizzling. Sear steak in batches 1-2 minutes per side until browned.
Transfer cooked steak to a plate. Reduce heat to medium, add remaining butter and garlic, cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
Return steak to pan, toss to coat in garlic butter, cook 30 seconds. Garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.
Notes
Ensure not to overcrowd the pan for proper searing.
