Instructions
Season the shrimp with salt and black pepper.
In a large skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Pour in heavy cream and lemon juice, simmer until slightly thickened. Stir in chopped parsley and dill.
Serve the shrimp mixture over cooked rice, garnished with extra parsley and lemon wedges.
