Frosting

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix wet ingredients and add shredded carrots.
Combine dry ingredients and gradually mix into wet mixture.
Pour batter into greased pans and bake for 40 minutes.
Allow cakes to cool before frosting.
Mix frosting ingredients and spread over cooled cake.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg or ginger to the batter.
