Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then rinse in cold water and drain.
Chop vegetables and combine in a large bowl.
Add salami, cheeses, herbs, and pepperoni to the vegetables and mix gently.
Stir cooked pasta with 2/3 of the dressing, then combine with the vegetable mixture. Add remaining dressing if desired.
Chill for an hour or serve immediately.
Notes
This salad can be made ahead and tastes even better after chilling.
