Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 1 pound pasta (such as penne, elbow, fusilli or rotini)

Vegetables

  • 1 medium green bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 medium red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 small red onion (diced)

Other ingredients

  • ½ cup black olives (sliced)
  • 8 ounce salami (cut in small pieces)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (cut in ½ inch cubes)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup Italian dressing

Seasonings

  • to taste salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions.
  • Combine all salad ingredients with the dressing and toss well.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
