Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400F. Grease a baking pan with butter, place spinach, and top with haddock fillets brushed with olive oil.
Combine panko, garlic, parsley, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in melted butter and press onto haddock.
Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the haddock flakes easily with a fork.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding lemon zest to the breadcrumb mixture.
