Mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to make the marinade. Pour over the chicken and marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Preheat grill to 400°F (200°C). Grill chicken skin-side down for 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook another 3-4 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Remove from grill, let rest for 5 minutes, then serve with sides.
