Instructions
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
Layer torn croissants evenly in the dish, then sprinkle cooked sausage and shredded cheese over them.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, then pour over croissant layers.
Press down gently with a spatula, cover with foil, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C), uncover casserole, and bake for 40–45 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool for 10 minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
