Filling

thaw frozen mango completely and pat dry if using frozen

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch square pan with parchment or foil and lightly oil.
Mix melted butter, flour, oats, sugars, and salt until coarse crumbs. Reserve 1 cup for topping.
Press remaining mixture into the pan as crust. Toss mango, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch until coated. Spread over crust.
Sprinkle reserved crumble over mango layer. Bake for 50–55 minutes until golden and bubbling. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Chilling the bars helps the filling set for cleaner slices.
