  • 12 oz Rotini Pasta or penne/fusilli if unavailable

Dairy

  • 2 tbsp Butter or olive oil for a lighter alternative
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast can substitute with turkey or tofu
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder or fresh garlic
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper or white pepper for milder flavor
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Greek yogurt as a lighter option
  • 1 cup Milk low-fat or almond milk
  • 1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning or homemade ranch seasoning
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley or basil/chives

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook the chicken until browned and cooked through.
  • Add garlic powder and black pepper to the chicken, stirring to combine.
  • Stir in cream cheese, milk, and ranch seasoning until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Mix in cooked pasta and chopped parsley, then cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt and use olive oil instead of butter.
