Ingredients
  

Vegetables and Spices

  • 200 grams carrots 2-3 medium carrots
  • 0.5 teaspoon olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Wraps and Fillings

  • 4 pieces whole grain tortillas
  • 100 grams red lentil dip
  • 50 grams greens (lettuce, rucola, baby spinach)
  • 1 medium thinly sliced apple
  • 50 grams cooked chickpeas (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Roast carrots with oil and spices for 20-25 minutes.
  • Spread hummus on tortillas, add roasted carrots, greens, apple slices, and chickpeas if using.
  • Roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
  • Serve immediately or pack for later.

Notes

Feel free to add avocado, sprouts, or herbs for extra flavor.
