Instructions
Mix all seasonings in a bowl and set aside.
Cook butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, then add garlic, peppers, and onions. Stir for 2 minutes.
Add rice and half of the Cajun seasoning, stir for 2 minutes, then pour in chicken broth and simmer covered for 15 minutes.
Season shrimp with olive oil and remaining seasoning, then add to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until pink and cooked through.
Mix well, adjust seasoning if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
Ensure not to overcook the shrimp to keep them tender.
