Baked Beans

  • 1 cup Baked Beans (Canned or Homemade)

Oil

  • 1 tbsp Oil

Butter

  • 1 tbsp Butter

Chicken Sausages

  • 4 links Chicken Sausages

Tomatoes

  • 2 medium Tomatoes

Mushrooms

  • 8 no Mushrooms

Eggs

  • 4 large Eggs

Salt

  • Salt

Black pepper

  • Black pepper

Spring onions

  • 2 no Spring onions (chopped)

Instructions
 

  • Toast bread slices with butter until crispy and set aside.
  • Cook sausages, tomatoes, and mushrooms in oil until seared and cooked through. Set aside.
  • Fry eggs in butter, season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Plate the breakfast: arrange sausages, eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, toast, baked beans, and sprinkle with spring onions. Serve immediately.
