Instructions
Toss shrimp with 2 teaspoons of Momofuku Chili Crunch and season with salt. Marinate for 10 minutes.
Mix soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar to make the sauce. Adjust to taste.
Broil shrimp on high for 4 minutes, flip, then broil for another 4 minutes.
Prepare sides: sliced carrots, pickled cucumbers, avocado, and cilantro.
