  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

Sauce

  • 2 teaspoons Momofuku Chili Crunch
  • ¼ cup Momofuku Soy Sauce
  • ¼ cup Momofuku Chili Crunch Hot Honey
  • 2 teaspoons Momofuku Rice Vinegar

Sides

  • 1 bibb lettuce bibb lettuce
  • 1 cup steamed rice
  • sliced carrots (optional) sliced carrots optional

Instructions
 

  • Toss shrimp with 2 teaspoons of Momofuku Chili Crunch and season with salt. Marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Mix soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar to make the sauce. Adjust to taste.
  • Broil shrimp on high for 4 minutes, flip, then broil for another 4 minutes.
  • Prepare sides: sliced carrots, pickled cucumbers, avocado, and cilantro.
  • Serve shrimp with rice and lettuce wraps, drizzling with sauce.
