Ingredients
  

Protein

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup hot honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped

Garnish

  • to taste Sesame seeds for garnish
  • to taste Salt and pepper for seasoning
  • for cooking Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  • Whisk hot honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl.
  • Cook chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  • Pour sauce over chicken, stir to coat, and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  • Steam broccoli for 5 minutes until tender. Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, broccoli, and bell peppers. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for best flavor. Adjust spice level with more or less hot honey.
