Instructions
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Whisk hot honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl.
Cook chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
Pour sauce over chicken, stir to coat, and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
Steam broccoli for 5 minutes until tender. Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, broccoli, and bell peppers. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
