Instructions
Gather ingredients and chop vegetables.
Pat chicken dry, season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet; sear chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side.
Mix hot honey with soy sauce and lime juice; add to the pan.
Toss in vegetables during the last few minutes until tender yet crisp.
Serve chicken over rice or quinoa and drizzle with extra sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in hot honey for 30 minutes before cooking.
