Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss diced squash with 1 tsp olive oil, seasonings, and roast for 27-30 minutes.
Prepare broccoli with same oil and seasonings, roast until crispy and charred.
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat with seasonings until browned and crispy, about 15-17 minutes.
Make the sauce by combining honey, sriracha, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and chili flakes over low heat until smooth.
Assemble bowls with roasted veggies, beef, cubed avocado, Greek yogurt, and drizzle with hot honey sauce.
Notes
Adjust spice level with chili flakes and hot honey to taste.
