Instructions
Cook apples and cranberries: Melt butter, cook apples 2-3 min, add syrup, zest, cinnamon, salt, cook 3-4 min, then add cranberries and cook 4-5 min until bursting. Cool.
Mix honey into yogurt to taste.
Assemble parfaits: Layer yogurt, granola, and compote in glasses. Repeat layers and top with honey yogurt and granola.
Notes
Use ripe apples for best flavor and adjust honey sweetness as desired.
