1lbboneless, skinless chicken breastscut into bite-sized pieces

3tbspsoy sauce
2tbsprice vinegar
1tbspsesame oil

2-3green onionschopped, for garnish
Instructions
Toss the chicken pieces in cornstarch until fully coated.
Add chicken in batches, avoiding overcrowding. Cook for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
Stir in honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened. Add water if needed to adjust consistency.
Add the cooked chicken back to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, reduce the amount of water or simmer for a few extra minutes. Adjust the amount of sesame oil to your taste for a stronger or milder flavor.
