Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 12 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)

Chicken

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

Sauce ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper plus more to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Seasoning

  • to taste Salt

Garnish

  • optional Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta until al dente, then drain, reserving ½ cup pasta water.
  • Sear chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through, then set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, then add chicken broth and simmer.
  • Stir in heavy cream, honey, and black pepper; simmer until slightly thickened.
  • Add cheeses, melt, then return chicken to coat with sauce. Toss with pasta and serve garnished with parsley.

Notes

Adjust seasoning to taste and serve immediately for best flavor.
