Instructions
Cook pasta until al dente, then drain, reserving ½ cup pasta water.
Sear chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through, then set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, then add chicken broth and simmer.
Stir in heavy cream, honey, and black pepper; simmer until slightly thickened.
Add cheeses, melt, then return chicken to coat with sauce. Toss with pasta and serve garnished with parsley.
Notes
