baby potatoes, halved

Instructions
Par-cook halved potatoes in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes until slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
Mix honey, Dijon, and whole grain mustard in a small bowl. Set aside.
Cook potatoes in 2 tbsp oil until crispy and golden, about 4-6 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook shrimp for 2 minutes, add garlic, cook 1 minute, then add half the sauce and toss.
Add potatoes back to the skillet, pour remaining sauce, heat through, and serve.
Notes
Adjust seasoning as needed and garnish with parsley or crushed peppers for extra flavor.
