Instructions
Pat chicken tenderloins dry and place in a bowl.
Whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and sesame oil to make the glaze.
Marinate chicken in half of the glaze for at least 15 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and cook chicken tenders until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Add remaining glaze to the skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, then serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate longer if time allows.
