Instructions
Place the chicken thighs in a bowl and add the cornflour, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown (4-5 minutes per side).
Add butter, garlic, and sauce (honey, stock, vinegar, soy sauce). Simmer for 4-5 minutes until thickened.
Sprinkle with parsley and chilli flakes. Serve over boiled rice.
Notes
Adjust the amount of chilli flakes according to your desired level of spiciness.
