Instructions
Season steak with salt and pepper; sear for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Add honey, soy sauce, and bring to a simmer.
Stir in rice, add beef broth, and cook covered for 15 minutes until rice absorbs liquid.
Return steak to skillet, stir gently, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped green onions or sesame seeds as garnish.
