Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper, then sear for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Reduce heat to medium, melt butter, and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add honey, soy sauce, and bring to a simmer. Stir in uncooked rice to coat in sauce.
Pour in beef broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until rice absorbs liquid.
Return steak to skillet, stir gently, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of fresh parsley or green onions before serving.
