  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries

  • Juice from half a lemon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • Butter for baking dish butter for greasing
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Nate’s Organic 100% Pure Honey
  • Pinch salt
  • ½ cup cold, unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

Extra honey for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease the baking dish with butter.
  • Mix berries, honey, lemon juice, flour, and cinnamon; place in the dish.
  • Combine oats, flour, honey, salt, and butter; spread over berries.
  • Drizzle honey on top and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
