Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 7 g instant dry yeast
  • 480 ml warm water
  • 4 tbsp olive oil plus extra for brushing
  • 780 g strong bread flour plus extra for rolling
  • 1.5 tsp sugar
  • 1.5 tsp table salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix yeast with warm water and let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  • Add olive oil, flour, sugar, and salt; mix until combined.
  • Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and sticky.
  • Let the dough prove in an oiled bowl for 60-90 minutes until doubled in size.
  • Divide into 12 pieces, roll into flatbreads, and cook in oiled pan for 1-2 minutes per side.
  • Stack cooked flatbreads, cover with a towel to keep warm, and serve.

Notes
