Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup milk Use cold milk for best results.

Cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Grate your own for better melt.
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese For sprinkling on top.

Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano Can be substituted with fresh herbs.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Add melted butter and milk; stir until a dough forms. Knead briefly and roll into a rectangle.
  • Spread mozzarella evenly over the dough, then sprinkle Parmesan, garlic powder, and oregano.
  • Cut into strips and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  • Serve warm with marinara sauce or ranch dressing.

Notes

For extra flavor, brush the breadsticks with garlic butter before baking.
