Instructions
Mix water, yeast, and sugar until dissolved.
Add flour, powdered milk, salt, butter, and oil; knead until smooth.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Shape the dough into a loaf and place in a greased pan.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes until golden brown.
