Homemade Big Mac Wraps Recipe

A homemade version of the classic Big Mac, served in a convenient wrap for a quick and delicious meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground beef
  • 4 slices cheese American or cheddar
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup pickle slices finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup special sauce or Thousand Island dressing
  • 4 pieces tortilla wraps large flour tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  • Mix the special sauce ingredients (mayonnaise, relish, mustard, vinegar, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika) in a bowl.
  • Assemble the wraps by spreading a layer of special sauce on each tortilla, then adding beef, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions.
  • Fold the wraps tightly and serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra crispy wrap, grill the assembled wraps in a pan for 2-3 minutes before serving.
