Instructions
Beat chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form, about 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
Mix mascarpone, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
Combine cooled coffee and optional liqueur. Dip ladyfingers briefly and layer in cups.
Layer mascarpone cream over ladyfingers, repeat layers, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Dust with cocoa powder and garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.

Ensure mascarpone is at room temperature for easier mixing.
