Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° and spray a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray.
Cook beef, onions, and garlic in a skillet until beef is no longer pink; drain and season.
Layer potatoes in the pan, add half the beef, then half the soup mixture and cheese.
Repeat layers and top with remaining cheese.
Cover with tinfoil and bake for 1 hour; remove foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding herbs or spices to the beef mixture.
