Ingredients
  

Canned Goods

  • 1 can tuna packed in water, drained
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Wraps

  • 2 large whole wheat tortillas

Vegetables

  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1 small tomato, sliced
  • 0.5 avocado sliced (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Mix tuna, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and mustard until creamy.
  • Add chopped celery, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper; stir well.
  • Spread mixture onto tortillas; top with greens, tomato, and avocado.
  • Roll up tightly, fold in sides, and slice in half.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for best flavor. Wraps can be prepared ahead and stored in foil.
