Instructions
Cook the beef with onion, garlic, herbs, and vegetables until thickened.
Boil potatoes until tender, then mash with butter, milk, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Spread beef mixture in a dish, top with mashed potatoes, and create ridges with a fork.
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden. Serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cheese on top before baking.
