Ingredients
  

Dairy

  • 1 cup quark or Greek yogurt
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 0.25 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Cooking

  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing the pan

Instructions
 

  • Mix quark, egg, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Combine oats, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add dry ingredients to wet, stir, and let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Heat a greased skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour batter, cook 3-4 min, flip, cook 2-3 min until golden.
  • Repeat with remaining batter, greasing as needed.

Notes

For extra flavor, add fresh berries or nuts on top.
