Instructions
Mix quark, egg, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
Combine oats, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add dry ingredients to wet, stir, and let sit for 5 minutes.
Heat a greased skillet over medium heat.
Pour batter, cook 3-4 min, flip, cook 2-3 min until golden.
Repeat with remaining batter, greasing as needed.
