Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients

  • 1.5 cups all purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Wet ingredients

  • 0.25 cup plain Greek yogurt (full fat)
  • 1.25 cups milk
  • 1 egg egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional) optional

Additional

  • as needed non-stick spray

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl.
  • Combine wet and dry, mix until just combined.
  • Heat skillet, lightly spray with non-stick spray.
  • Pour batter in ΒΌ cup portions, cook 2-3 mins each side until golden.

Notes

For extra flavor, add berries or nuts on top.
