Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a mini muffin tin.
Whisk pancake mix, milk, eggs, and syrup until smooth.
Fold in cooked sausage and shredded cheese.
Fill each muffin cup ¾ full with batter.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and firm.
