Ingredients
  

Meat

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/3 cup water

Grains

  • 2 1/2 cups cooked white rice

Vegetables & Legumes

  • 2 cups shredded romaine
  • 2 avocado avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn
  • 3/4 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 4 oz shredded cheese (optional)

Dressing & Garnishes

  • 1 batch creamy jalapeno dressing
  • Fresh cilantro and lime wedges to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet until no pink remains.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and water; cook until thickened.
  • Assemble bowls with rice, beef, vegetables, cheese, and dressing.
  • Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges before serving.
