High-Protein Crunchy Tuna Salad

Ingredients
  

Canned Goods

  • 1 can albacore tuna, drained
  • 1 can skipjack tuna, drained

Dairy & Condiments

  • 1/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tsp sweet relish
  • 1 tsp fresh or dried dill

Vegetables

  • 3 mini sweet peppers diced
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 2 mini cucumbers diced
  • 2 radishes thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • Drain the tuna and add to a large bowl.
  • Mix in Greek yogurt, mayo, relish, dill, salt, and pepper.
  • Fold in diced peppers, celery, cucumbers, and radishes.
  • Chill for 20–30 minutes or serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crunch, add chopped nuts or seeds.
