Instructions
Marinate chicken with Cajun seasoning and olive oil overnight.
Cook chicken in a pan with butter until crispy, then rest and slice.
Sauté onion and garlic, add rice and seasonings, stir well.
Make sauce by melting butter, whisking in milk, then adding cream cheese and Parmesan until smooth.
Serve rice topped with chicken and drizzle with creamy sauce, garnish with parsley.
Notes
Use a cast iron skillet for best crispy chicken results.
