High-Protein Chocolate Trifle

Ingredients
  

protein brownies

  • 2 packages instant chocolate pudding mix low sugar preferred
  • 4 cups cold high-protein milk e.g., Fairlife
  • 2.5 tubs TruWhip or So Delicious CocoWhip thawed
  • 0.25 cup chopped or sliced salted & roasted almonds
  • 0.25 cup mini chocolate chips
  • optional Extra chocolate chips or melted chocolate drizzle for topping

Instructions
 

  • Whisk pudding mix with milk until thickened, then chill.
  • Cube brownies and layer at the bottom of a trifle dish.
  • Spread ⅓ of pudding over brownies, add half of whipped topping, almonds, and chocolate chips. Repeat layers.
  • Finish with whipped topping, almonds, and chocolate chips. Optional: drizzle with melted chocolate.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

For best results, prepare the trifle a day ahead to allow flavors to meld.
