Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet and cook ground beef until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
Add garlic, onion, and bell pepper; cook until tender and fragrant.
Transfer beef and vegetables to slow cooker; add spices, tomatoes, sauce, chilis, broth, beans, and corn. Stir well.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Season with salt and pepper.
Adjust broth for desired thickness. Serve and enjoy!
