Ingredients
  

Tortillas

  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded grilled, baked, or rotisserie
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing light or homemade
  • 0.5 cup shredded lettuce romaine or iceberg
  • 0.25 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small tomato, diced optional
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil for toasting
  • to taste Salt & black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Slice or shred cooked chicken breast.
  • Spread ranch dressing on each tortilla, layer lettuce, tomato, chicken, and cheese, then roll up.
  • Fold sides and roll from bottom to secure filling.
  • Optional: Heat a skillet with olive oil and toast wraps 2-3 minutes per side until golden.
  • Cut in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Using rotisserie chicken saves time and adds flavor.
